This is a Prototype Web App for you to try and identify various Igneous Rocks. 

Rocks currently available are:

  • Granite
  • Diorite
  • Gabbro
  • Rhyolite
  • Andesite
  • Basalt

Pathways that would lead to other Igneous Rocks are currently disabled, (Meaning you currently can't identify rocks such as Obsidian or Pegmatite)

Currently, the app doesn't allow you to determine whether a rock is porphyritic or not.
